Do the givens.
Draw line segment by clicking twice in drawing pad. Point A

Point B
a=Segment[A,B]

Label: Use right-click to hide/show labels on endpoints and segment.
Decorate: Right-click on segment, choose properties, color tab: red, style tab: thickness=5. Click on Close.
Draw line by clicking twice in drawing pad. Point C

Point D
b=Line[C,D]

Label: Use right-click to rename C -> P and to hide point D.
Copy the segment.
Draw circle with radius the segment and center P by clicking on points A, B and then P. Circle c=Circle[P, Segment[A, B]
Draw point C by clicking on 2nd intersection point of circle and line. C=Intersect[c, b, 2].
Draw line segment by clicking on points P and C. d=Segment[P,C]
Label: Use right-click to hide/show labels on segment.
Decorate: Right-click on new segment, choose "Segment d", choose "Properties", color tab: red, style tab: thickness=5. Don't close.
Click on "Circle c", style tab: line style=dotted. Click on Close.
Check construction.
Click and drag endpoints of first line segment to change its length. Copied line segment should match changes.

Save construction. Command: File -> Save.
