In GeoGebra, angle bisectors can be defined in two ways (also see command AngleBisector):
Note: The direction vectors of all angle bisectors have length 1.

InterActivity:   Directions

In the Algebra View (at left), click and leave your mouse on c to see the definition Line c:Angle bisector of A,B,C.

In the Graphics View (at right), click and drag points A, B or C and notice how the c always bisects \angle ABC .

Angle Bisector   

  • Selecting three points A, B, and C produces the angle bisector of the enclosed angle, where point B is the vertex.

Angle of given size   

*Selecting two lines produces their two angle bisectors (two new lines).
