Inequalities on the Number Line - 1                          

Goal: From the graph on the number line, determine the correct inequality symbol.

1. Generate a new inequality.

• Click on:   

2. The equation of the endpoint is given.

• Look at the red ray. What symbol should go in place of the  "="  to represent the red ray?

3. Check your answer!

• From the box below, select an inequality symbol.

• Then click on Check Answer.

Inequality symbol:    

• Click on New Inequality for a new problem.

• For better viewing: click on the Move tool MoveDP and then click & drag the view to a good position.
